1. Overview of the Service

Dashform is an AI-powered platform that enables users to create forms, quizzes, and interactive data collection workflows using artificial intelligence. Dashform helps automate question generation, logic flow, and layout design. We do not guarantee business outcomes, performance improvements, or accuracy of AI-generated content.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use Dashform.

By using the Service, you confirm that you:

• Are using Dashform for lawful purposes only

3. Accounts & Responsibilities

When you create an account, you are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activity occurring under your account
• Providing accurate and current information

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the Service.

4. Plans: Free & Pro

The Free plan provides limited access to Dashform features, which may include:

• Limited AI usage
• Limited number of forms or quizzes
• Dashform branding or feature restrictions

Free plan limits may change at any time.

The Pro plan offers expanded access, which may include:

• Higher AI usage limits
• Advanced logic and customization
• Branding removal
• Enhanced export or integration features

5. Billing, Payments & Cancellation (Pro Plan)

• Pro subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
• Prices are shown before purchase.
• Taxes may apply depending on location.

Refund Policy: Payments are non-refundable, except where required by law.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation you retain Pro access until the end of the billing period, then your account will revert to the Free plan.

6. User Content & Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of:

• Data and responses you collect

By using Dashform, you grant us a limited license to host, process, and display your content solely to operate and improve the Service.

You are responsible for ensuring your content:

• Complies with applicable laws
• Does not violate privacy or intellectual property rights

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Dashform uses artificial intelligence to generate content and logic. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or biased
• Dashform does not provide legal, medical, or professional advice
• You are responsible for reviewing and validating all outputs before use

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use Dashform to:

• Create deceptive, fraudulent, or misleading forms
• Infringe on intellectual property or privacy rights
• Abuse, overload, or disrupt the Service

We reserve the right to restrict usage to protect system integrity.

9. Fair Use & Feature Changes

10. Termination

You may stop using Dashform at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated, required by law, or if the Service is discontinued. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dashform shall not be liable for loss of data, loss of revenue or profits, or indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Use of Dashform is at your own risk.
