Your report
In plain words
What this score means for your business, written for the owner rather than the web developer. The technical detail behind every sentence is further down.
Your website scored 71 out of 100. That is a good result. AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Perplexity can open your pages and understand most of what you offer. A handful of gaps still make it harder for them to recommend you with confidence or to send a customer your way, and every one of them can be closed without rebuilding your site. That places you ahead of 96% of the 5,350 websites we have checked. Among Infrastructure & DevOps websites you rank #18 of 291.
Today, AI assistants can read who you are from your pages and open your website. They can partly find your profiles and listings on your site and understand what you offer, with gaps that cost you recommendations. They cannot contact or book you. The step to focus on first is “Can AI contact or book you?”. AI assistants have no way to contact or book you today, so a recommendation cannot turn into a booking.
Across the 30 checks we ran, we found 11 things to improve, spread over 4 of the five steps. 5 of them disappear when you add a Dashform funnel: a form and booking path that AI assistants can complete on a customer's behalf. That takes about five minutes and needs no developer. The remaining 6 need a web developer. The fix list at the end of this report gives them exact instructions, so a short session should cover most of it. None of this requires rebuilding your website.

The five steps, one by one
A customer asks an AI assistant for a recommendation. Here is what happens at each step when that assistant reaches your website.
Can AI find your profiles and listings on your site?
PartlyYour site points AI assistants to some of your profiles and listings, but a few of the signals they match on are missing.
This step reads what your site tells an assistant about the rest of your presence: links to your social profiles and directory listings, a business profile written for machines, contact details, and signs that the site is active and looked after. It does not test whether assistants already know you from reviews and listings elsewhere; many businesses are found without any of this.
3 things to improve
- We found no link between your site and a Google Business Profile, which assistants use to confirm where you are, when you open, and what customers say. Claiming the free listing and linking it is worthwhile for any local business.
- An assistant reading your page cannot find a phone number, email address, or street address to pass on to a customer. Even a glowing recommendation ends there. Publishing your contact details plainly on the page fixes this.
- Your pages carry no dates, so assistants cannot tell whether your information is current or years old. They prefer businesses they can see are active. Adding publication and update dates to your business record fixes this.
Your web developer can handle this with the fix list from this report.
Can AI read who you are from your pages?
YesYour pages tell AI assistants who you are in a form they read directly, so they can quote your details correctly.
This step reads the details your site publishes for machines: your name, what you do, where you are, how to reach you, who stands behind the site, and the reviews and references that back it up. Without them, an assistant has to guess who you are from the prose or rely on what it knows from elsewhere.
2 things to improve
- Your reviews and ratings are not written in a form machines read, so assistants reading your site cannot quote them. Adding your rating to your business record lets them.
- Your site sends few of the standard security settings that show it is looked after. Assistants weigh this lightly, but it also protects your visitors. Your hosting provider or developer can add them in an afternoon.
Your web developer can handle this with the fix list from this report.
Can AI open your website?
YesYour website opens reliably for AI assistants.
An AI assistant has to be able to open your pages before anything else counts. Blocked crawlers, security challenges, slow responses, or broken links stop it before it reads a word, and it simply moves on to the next business.

See the checks behind thisCan AI contact or book you?
NoAI assistants have no way to contact or book you today, so a recommendation cannot turn into a booking.
In the final step the assistant tries to act for the customer: book a time, send an enquiry, or start a purchase. It needs a form, a booking path, or a connection it can use. Without one, even a glowing recommendation ends with the customer on their own.
5 things to improve
- Assistants can read about you, but they have no way to work with you directly, for example to check availability or make a booking on a customer's behalf. Dashform provides this connection when you add a funnel; no developer needed.
- Your page does not tell assistants what a customer can do here: book, reserve, order, or enquire. They can describe you but not act. Declaring the action in your business record fixes this, and Dashform does it for you when you add a funnel.
- Assistants can find no way to book time with you. A customer who asks one to make an appointment is told to do it themselves. A booking link or funnel that assistants can use turns those requests into bookings.
And 2 more in the full details.
Dashform can take care of this for you. No developer needed.
Can AI understand what you offer?
PartlyAI assistants can read most of your website, but some pages are unclear to them.
Once inside, the assistant reads your pages much like a person skimming them. Clear headings, real text, described images, and properly labelled buttons help it describe you accurately to the customer.
One thing to improve
- Many of your images carry no written description, so assistants, and people who cannot see them, have no idea what they show. If your work is in the pictures, it is invisible. Adding a sentence to each image fixes this.
Your web developer can handle this with the fix list from this report.
