Your report
In plain words
What this score means for your business, written for the owner rather than the web developer. The technical detail behind every sentence is further down.
Your website scored 80 out of 100. That is a good result. AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Perplexity can open your pages and understand most of what you offer. A handful of gaps still make it harder for them to recommend you with confidence or to send a customer your way, and every one of them can be closed without rebuilding your site. That places you ahead of 99% of the 5315 websites we have checked.
Today, AI assistants can tell who you are, open your website y understand what you offer. They can partly contact or book you, with gaps that cost you recommendations. They cannot find your business. The step to focus on first is “Can AI find your business?”. AI assistants struggle to find your business or confirm it is active, so you rarely come up in their recommendations.
Across the 35 checks we ran, we found 11 things to improve, spread over 5 of the five steps. 3 of them disappear when you add a Dashform funnel: a form and booking path that AI assistants can complete on a customer's behalf. That takes about five minutes and needs no developer. The remaining 8 need a web developer. The fix list at the end of this report gives them exact instructions, so a short session should cover most of it. None of this requires rebuilding your website.

The five steps, one by one
A customer asks an AI assistant for a recommendation. Here is what happens at each step when that assistant reaches your website.
Can AI find your business?
NoAI assistants struggle to find your business or confirm it is active, so you rarely come up in their recommendations.
Before an AI assistant can recommend you, it has to find you. It looks at your social profiles, business listings, and whether your site shows signs of being active and looked after, much like a cautious customer would.
3 things to improve
- Your page links to none of your social profiles, so assistants cannot cross-check that you are the same business they see elsewhere. Linking your profiles in the footer is enough.
- We found no link between your site and a Google Business Profile, which assistants use to confirm where you are, when you open, and what customers say. Claiming the free listing and linking it is worthwhile for any local business.
- Your pages carry no dates, so assistants cannot tell whether your information is current or years old. They prefer businesses they can see are active. Adding publication and update dates to your business record fixes this.
Your web developer can handle this with the fix list from this report.
Can AI tell who you are?
SíAI assistants can verify who you are and quote your details correctly.
AI assistants only recommend businesses they can verify. They read the details your site publishes for machines: your name, what you do, where you are, and how to reach you. Missing or vague details make them hesitate.
3 things to improve
- Your business record for machines is incomplete. Assistants learn only a few facts about you and have to guess the rest, which makes them cautious about recommending you. Adding your address, hours, contact details, and services makes the record useful.
- Your reviews and ratings are not written in a form machines read, so assistants cannot mention them when they recommend you. Adding your rating to your business record lets them.
- Your site sends few of the standard security settings that show it is looked after. Assistants weigh this lightly, but it also protects your visitors. Your hosting provider or developer can add them in an afternoon.
Your web developer can handle this with the fix list from this report.
Can AI open your website?
SíYour website opens reliably for AI assistants.
An AI assistant has to be able to open your pages before anything else counts. Blocked crawlers, security challenges, slow responses, or broken links stop it before it reads a word, and it simply moves on to the next business.
One thing to improve
- Your server sends pages at full size instead of shrinking them first, so they arrive more slowly than they need to. Most hosting providers can switch compression on in a setting.
Your web developer can handle this with the fix list from this report.
Can AI contact or book you?
PartlyAI assistants can reach you in a limited way. A proper form or booking path would turn recommendations into bookings.
In the final step the assistant tries to act for the customer: book a time, send an enquiry, or start a purchase. It needs a form, a booking path, or a connection it can use. Without one, even a glowing recommendation ends with the customer on their own.
3 things to improve
- Assistants can read about you, but they have no way to work with you directly, for example to check availability or make a booking on a customer's behalf. Dashform provides this connection when you add a funnel; no developer needed.
- Your page shows prices, but assistants cannot find a clear way to buy, or they find a way to buy but no prices they can read. Either way, they cannot complete a purchase for a customer. Publishing prices in your business record alongside a checkout link fixes this.
- Assistants have no form they can fill in to reach you. A customer who asks one to send an enquiry is left to do it themselves, and many never do. Dashform adds a form assistants can complete when you add a funnel; no developer needed.
Dashform can take care of this for you. No developer needed.
Can AI understand what you offer?
SíAI assistants can read and understand what you offer.
Once inside, the assistant reads your pages much like a person skimming them. Clear headings, real text, described images, and properly labelled buttons help it describe you accurately to the customer.
One thing to improve
- Your page does not label its parts, so a machine cannot tell the menu from the main content or the footer. Assistants may treat navigation as content or miss the important part. Your developer can add the labels without changing how the page looks.
Your web developer can handle this with the fix list from this report.
